You have made a wonderful decision to take voice lessons! I look forward to meeting you.  

To formally begin the process, please:

1) Fill out the form below, and

2) Send your $40 Registration and Materials Fee to effectusarts@gmail.com via PayPal.com.  

3) Upon receipt of payment, you will be contacted to schedule your first voice lesson.  (If you schedule your first lesson to take place by May 16^th, you will be credited $15 towards your first lesson and/or lesson package.)
